The 4803404 OPTI 150/30/50 HC-100 tube arrived quickly and has now been installed, working perfectly. It has been very good that you have so carefully and expertly helped me get this Xray room running again.

I am very impressed by your work, and especially patience in explaining the choices regarding a replacement tube and shipping.  I have the old failed tube (failed filament) and casing stored here in the wooden crate shipping.

Thanks for the code explanation.  I was able to trace the problem to the screw in the bottom underneath the drive.  Apparently the rubber feet had compressed enough to where the screw was touching the PCB on the bottom of the SCSI drive.
